▎Maintenance method of the gearbox
 
1. Correctly grasp the service cycle of the oil of the gearbox and replace it regularly. Generally, most manufacturers recommend that the change interval is usually two years or 40,000 to 60,000 kilometers. Users should keep the gearbox oil clean when using the vehicle, because the gearbox oil will produce grease after a long time of use, which may form sludge, increase the wear of each friction plate and each component, and cause the valve body to become dirty. What’s worse, the movement of the valve body is not smooth, and the oil pressure control is affected, so that the gearbox of the self-loading concrete mixer truck is abnormal.
 
2. Always check whether the level of the gearbox oil is normal. You need to preheat the oil to about 50 ℃, and then put the gear lever in each gear for 2 seconds and then put it in the parking gear. At this moment, the normal oil level of the oil dipstick should be located between the high line and the low line. If it do not reach the line, the same quality of oil should be added in time.
 
3. Correctly replace the oil. Dynamic oil change is the most advocated oil change method at present. You can use special cleaning equipment. During the operation of the gearbox, the old oil is fully circulated, and new gearbox oil is added after discharging all old oil, so as to increase the oil change rate up to 90 or more to ensure high oil change efficiency.
 
4. Don't disassemble the gearbox casually. When the gearbox is assembled, it is carefully adjusted by the manufacturer, including the position and tightness of each screw according to technical parameters. If we disassemble the gearbox manually, it is difficult to put it back, which is bound to increase the wear and tear of the gearbox. If you need to repair the gearbox, you'd better go to the maintenance service station of the chassis manufacturer, and the maintenance personnel will operate it.
