Concrete mixer truck – full name concrete mixing and transport truck, is used to transport concrete for construction sites. The tank body is equipped with special fixtures, and pit center location can effectively guarantee the coaxiality and roundness of the tank body. Welding is made with Panasonic automatic protection welder. National patent for mixing drum center positioning fixture: ZL 2008 2 0069837.1
The automatic blasting pretreatment process is adopted for the tank body, auxiliary beam, water tank, feed and discharge system and other accessories to achieve oil removal and rust removal, which greatly increases the adhesion of the paint film and ensures the appearance smoothness and paint quality.
Passenger car painting technology is used to spray the primer, scrape the ash, and spray the middle coating on the mixer and dry each layer of the painting.
The vehicle adopts dust-free paint and uses a baking paint process. The painting quality and anti-rust performance surpass its competitors.
Reasonable assembly process layout and strict quality control system provide guarantee for high-quality production. The hydraulic system is installed in a specially sealed environment to ensure that the hydraulic system is clean. After the completion of vehicle commissioning, the automatic inspection line was used to test the strong inspection items, such as axle load, brakes, and lighting safety items, to ensure the product quality and safety of the entire vehicle.
