1. Regarding the pumping time. During the shutdown period, the pump should be opened every 5-10min (the specific time depends on the temperature, concrete slump and the initial setting time) to prevent pipe blockage. The initial setting of concrete due to the long shutdown time is not suitable for pumping.

2. Regarding the pumping speed. During the first pumping, due to the large resistance of the conveying pipeline, low-speed pumping is recommended. After the pumping is normal, the pumping speed can be appropriately increased.

3. During pumping, the operator should always observe the remaining material in the hopper of the mixing trailer. The remaining material should not be lower than the axis of the mixing shaft. If the remaining material is too small, it will easily suck in air and cause pipe blockage. On the contrary, if too much material is piled in the hopper, the highest value should be lower than the position of the guard rail, so that the coarse aggregate can be cleaned in time.
