　　1. From the charging mixer, you must check the fuel before starting, which is the most basic. Secondly, check whether the quantity of lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, brake fluid, antifreeze, etc. is sufficient, and whether the quality meets the requirements.

　　2. Check the power take-off device and confirm that there is no bolt loosening and bearing oil leakage. When transporting concrete by self loading mixer, the loading capacity shall not exceed the rated capacity.

　　3. Before starting the self loading mixer, the operating handle of the mixing tank must be placed at the "stop" position. After starting the engine, the mixer should be allowed to rotate at low speed for about 10 minutes, so that the hydraulic oil temperature can rise above 20 ℃.

　　4. Before loading, the mixing tank must be reversed to drain the accumulated water and sundries in the tank, which is conducive to ensuring the quality of concrete. When the concrete mixer truck is loading, the operating handle should be placed in the "loading" position, and the appropriate speed should be adjusted to make the feeding smooth.

　　5. In the process of concrete transportation, it is necessary to ensure that the discharge hopper and discharge trough are fixed well, so as to prevent swing caused by looseness, injury to pedestrians or influence the normal operation of other vehicles.

　　6. When transporting the ready mixed concrete, the mixing tank should be at 2-10 rpm. During the transportation, the concrete segregation should be prevented and the quality should be guaranteed. On the flat road surface, the rotation speed of the mixing tank should be 2-3 rpm. When driving on the road with a side slope greater than 15 degrees, or on the road with large left and right shaking, the mixing rotation should be stopped and the mixing rotation can be resumed after the road conditions are improved.

The time for transporting concrete from the loading mixer truck shall not exceed the time specified by the mixing plant, and the mixing tank shall not be stopped from transportation to unloading. In case of any abnormality of concrete, it shall be reported to the dispatching room for timely treatment.

　　8. When the mixing tank changes from positive to reverse, put the operating handle in the middle position first, and then put the handle in the reverse position after the mixing tank stops rotating.

　　9. Before discharging, let the mixing tank rotate at 11 rpm for 1 minute. Clean the body and tank after unloading. The continuous operation time of mixing device should not exceed 8 hours. The water in the pressure water tank should be kept normal, and the accumulated water in the water supply system should be drained after the vehicle is used up in winter.
