The person who hates this situation the most is the driver, because the processing method is very time-consuming and requires a lot of money, so the driver will try to avoid this situation, but it is always possible to avoid accidents. Generally, there is a spiral belt in the tank. When the tanker rotates in the forward direction, the concrete is stirred to prevent the concrete from coagulating, and when the tanker rotates in the reverse direction, the concrete in the concrete tank will be released.
 


Generally, there will be a water tank on the concrete truck. Once it is found that the concrete is about to set, it will be diluted with water so that the concrete will not harden.

It requires people to climb in from the mouth of the tank and then use an electric hammer to break up the concrete little by little, and then clean it out little by little. This is a big project, and because of the area of the tank, it can only be done by one person.
 
The price of cleaning varies from place to place. A tanker is almost 9 cubic meters or 12 cubic meters. In some places, it will cost more than 2,000 dollars, and some places can even be as high as 4,000 dollars. It is also possible to encounter complex situations that cannot be cleaned by an artificial electric hammer. This means that the tank body needs to be divided into several pieces, cleaned and then welded back. Of course, this will cause great damage to the tank body and affect the service life of the tank body. Therefore, this method will not be used unless it is absolutely necessary.
