1. Before starting the
self-loading concrete mixer truck, the operating handle of the mixing drum should be placed in the "stop" position.
2. After starting the engine of the self-loading concrete mixer truck, the mixing drum should be rotated at low speed for about 10 minutes to make the hydraulic oil temperature rise to above 20 °C before it can work.
3. When the self-loading concrete mixer truck is parked in the open air, the mixing drum should be reversed before loading to discharge water and sundries to ensure the quality of the concrete.
4. When the self-loading concrete mixer truck is transporting concrete, it is necessary to ensure that the sliding bucket is placed firmly to prevent it from shaking due to loosening, injuring pedestrians or affecting the normal operation of other vehicles.
5. When the self-loading concrete mixer truck loads the mixed concrete, the speed of the mixing drum is 2-10 rpm. During transportation, the speed of the mixing barrel on the flat road is guaranteed to be 2-3 rpm. When driving on a slope greater than 50° or a road with large left and right shaking, the stirring and rotation should be stopped, and the stirring and rotation should be resumed after the road conditions improve.
6. The time for transporting concrete self-loading concrete mixer truck shall not exceed the time specified by the mixing station. During the transportation of concrete, the mixing drum shall not be shut down for a long time to prevent the concrete from segregating.
7. When the self-loading concrete mixer truck is filled with concrete, the on-site residence time shall not exceed 1 hour. If it is overdue, the person in charge of the site should be asked to deal with it in time.
8. The slump of concrete transported by the self-loading concrete mixer truck shall not be less than 8cm. From the time the concrete enters the tank to the discharge, it shall not exceed 2 hours when the temperature is high, and shall not exceed 2.5 hours when the temperature is low in rainy weather.
9. Before unloading concrete, the mixing drum should rotate at a speed of 10-12 rpm for 1 minute.
10. After the unloading of the self-loading concrete mixer truck is completed, immediately use the hose provided with the truck to flush the feeding port, unloading hopper and unloading trough, and discharge the soil and residual concrete stuck on the vehicle body. Pour 150-200L of water into the mixing bucket. When returning, the mixing drum should be slowly rotated to clean the inner wall to avoid residues sticking to the drum wall and mixing blades, and water should be drained before refilling.
